You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use any service on the bot77 Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. bot77 strictly prohibits underage gambling. Any Account found to be held by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended and all funds forfeited in accordance with applicable anti-underage-gambling regulations.
The Platform is primarily designed to serve players who are residents of Indonesia. You are responsible for ensuring that your access to and use of the Platform is lawful under the laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction of residence. bot77 makes no representation that the services offered are lawful or available in any specific jurisdiction. Access from Prohibited Jurisdictions is not permitted.

Age Verification: bot77 reserves the right to request proof of age from any Player at any time. Accounts where age cannot be verified will be suspended pending document review. Any winnings generated during an unverified period may be withheld.
Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in the immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances therein. bot77 employs technical and manual detection processes to identify duplicate registrations.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You must promptly update your Account information if any details change. bot77 shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate registration details.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must:
bot77 is required to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawals and in certain other circumstances. KYC verification requires you to submit one or more of the following documents:
Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal suspension. bot77 processes and stores KYC documents in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
bot77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).
Deposits are credited to your Account instantly upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Withdrawal processing times are as follows:
You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your Account are lawfully obtained and are not derived from any criminal activity. bot77 complies with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. The Company reserves the right to conduct enhanced due-diligence checks on any Account and to delay or refuse a withdrawal where AML obligations require it. Suspicious transactions will be reported to relevant authorities.
Withdrawals will be processed only to the same payment method used for deposits, wherever technically possible. bot77 does not process withdrawals to third-party bank accounts or e-wallets. If a deposit method is no longer available, the Player must contact customer support to arrange an alternative withdrawal route, subject to additional verification.
bot77 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which form part of this Agreement. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion.
Unless otherwise stated in the promotion's specific terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. Standard wagering requirements range from 5x to 30x the bonus amount. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for each bonus. Bonus Funds that expire before the wagering requirement is met will be forfeited without compensation.
bot77 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings where the Company determines, at its reasonable discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; using automated software or bots to meet wagering requirements; placing low-risk or hedged bets specifically to drain bonus funds without genuine engagement with the games or markets offered.
bot77 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Seasonal promotions tied to Indonesian cultural events — such as Idul Fitri, Nyepi, or the Ramadhan bonus calendar — are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the promotion and may not be combined with other concurrent offers unless explicitly stated.
Players who have opted into the self-exclusion program or who have set deposit limits under our Responsible Gaming tools are not eligible to receive bonus offers for the duration of their restriction period.
All sports bets placed on the bot77 Platform are subject to the official rules of the relevant sporting body governing the event on which the bet is placed. Markets on BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, AFF Cup, and all other covered competitions are governed by those competitions' official rules. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to win for the ticket to pay out; one void selection will reduce the accumulator payout but will not void the entire ticket unless stated otherwise in the applicable market rules.
Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets on the bot77 Platform are governed by the official results published by the relevant licensed draw operator for each pool (Singapore, Hongkong, Sydney, Macau). bot77 accepts no liability for discrepancies between third-party result sources and the official pool results. Official draw results are final and binding.
Live dealer games streamed through the Platform are subject to the individual studio rules of the provider (e.g., Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live). In the event of a technical disruption during a live game round, the round outcome as recorded by the game server and provider logs shall be final. Players are advised to ensure a stable internet connection before participating in live game rounds.
bot77 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly published in error (a "palpable error"), including but not limited to odds that are significantly out of line with the prevailing market price due to a data feed malfunction or human input error. The Company will notify affected Players and refund stakes where a palpable error void is applied.
Single-event maximum payout is capped at Rp 5,000,000,000 (five billion Rupiah) unless a higher limit has been agreed in writing with a VIP account manager. Payouts in excess of Rp 500,000,000 may be paid in installments at the Company's discretion.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bot77 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in Account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of balances:
Zero Tolerance: bot77 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward fraud, collusion, and match manipulation. Where such conduct is identified, the Company will cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities and may pursue civil remedies.
All content on the bot77 Platform — including but not limited to the logo, brand name, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, data compilations, and design elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of bot77 or its licensed suppliers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from, or exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of bot77. Unauthorized use of the bot77 brand, logo, or Platform content may constitute trademark or copyright infringement and will be pursued accordingly.
bot77 strives to maintain Platform availability of 99.9% on an annualized basis. However, the Company does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable. bot77 shall not be liable for losses arising from Platform downtime, connectivity issues, or technical failures outside its reasonable control.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bot77 excludes all liability for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits; loss of data; loss of goodwill; or any other economic loss, whether or not the Company had been advised of the possibility of such loss.
Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, bot77's aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their Account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the date on which the relevant claim arose.
You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose some or all funds wagered. bot77 is not responsible for any gambling losses incurred through your use of the Platform. It is your sole responsibility to manage your gambling activity within your financial means.
bot77 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to the Company's legal retention obligations.
bot77 uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data in transit. Player Funds are held in segregated accounts separate from the Company's operational funds. All payment data is processed through PCI-DSS-compliant payment processors.

Upon termination, your license to use the Platform ceases immediately. Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, governing law, and any outstanding financial obligations shall survive termination and remain in full force.
This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law principles as applied by the Company's licensing jurisdiction. The parties agree that any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be referred to binding arbitration under internationally recognized arbitration rules. Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
Players who are residents of Indonesia acknowledge that online gambling is subject to domestic legal restrictions and accept sole responsibility for ensuring their compliance with applicable local laws. bot77 makes no representation that use of the Platform is lawful under Indonesian domestic law and expressly disclaims any liability in this regard.

Where a material change is made, the Company will notify registered Players via the email address associated with their Account no fewer than 7 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
